The International Docomomo Conference (IDC) is March 17-22, 2026.
The Student Workshop is March 12-17.

The IDC takes place in Los Angeles, CA. The University of Southern California (USC) School of Architecture is the main venue for conference sessions. The Opening Keynote and Reception take place at LA Center Studios; the Closing Keynote and Reception take place at the Getty.

Registration includes all conference sessions, keynotes, and receptions. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Tours are additional.

As of March 3: Single event registration is now available and the opening keynote is sold out. Please see the Register page for details.
Online registration will close temporarily on March 9 and will reopen on March 16.
Sponsors will receive a code to use for your complimentary registrations. -

Any tours that have not sold out may be opened to the public about a month prior to the event.

Please add your name to the waitlist via the tour registration link. You will not be charged. If a spot opens up, you will be contacted via email to make a payment at that time.
We do our best to accommodate everyone, but space is limited. If there is a tour you really want to go on, it is best to register ASAP.

The USC Hotel is SOLD OUT. There is an additional room block available at the Westin Bonaventure. Rooms are $299/night plus taxes and fees.

All keynotes, sessions, and tours will be submitted for AIA credits.

Anytime AIA credits are offered, you may sign your name and check the request a certificate box to receive a certificate to provide to your professional organization.

Refund requests received by December 31, 2025, will be refunded in full minus a $100 USD administrative fee.
Requests received between January 1-February 15, 2026, will receive a 50 percent refund.
No refund requests will be honored after February 15, or for no shows.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to symposium@docomomo-us.org with "Cancellation" in the subject line.
Registration substitutions can be submitted in writing at any time without penalty. -
